Vacuum Lifter for Warehouse Order Picking

The ‘Cargo-Lift’ is a vacuum lifter attachment for easy mounting onto stacker trucks or forklifts, ideal for low and high level warehouse order picking.

The cargo-lift system mounts onto almost any type of forklift or stacker truck. The lifter attachment can be mounted by the customer or supplier. Also, the cargo-lift system can be dismounted and ‘parked’ in a customised stand when the truck is used as a normal forklift or stacker.

The Cargo-Lift attachment is designed according to the ISO/FEM standard and will fit class 1, class 2 and class 3 trucks.

The Cargo-Lift system is supplied complete with vacuum pump, suction pad and all the necessary parts for connection to the forklift truck.

·         Reach:   2.500 mm

·         Lifting height: ~1500 mm from pallet level

·         Total height  ~2750 mm from floor level

·         Working area: Up to 180º

·         Power connection:  24 Volt, 48 Volt or 80 Volt DC

·         Customised stand for “parking” the Cargo Lift, included.

The Vacuum Lifting System in combination with an electric stacker truck or forklift makes work considerably easier and at the same time prevents back injuries.
