The Manual HighLifter

Packline has introduced the new and improved highlifter. The new model, HL 1006, has a welded pump housing made of steel, which makes the pump lighter and stronger. The new pump has a longer operating time and is easier to set, as well as requiring less maintenance.

The valve system is new and improved, which makes it easy to set the four positions (quick lift, normal lift, neutral and lowering). The release handle has a more simple and user-friendly design.

The highlifter can lift and transport loads of 1,500 kg up to the lifting height of 470 mm. Above 470 mm the lifting capacity is 1,000 kg.

·         Foot protection ensures that the feet of the operator cannot be jammed under the steering wheels.

·         Special tandem wheels ensure that the highlifter does not tip forwards, if wrongly loaded or with a load being too large.

·         The support legs on the scissors legs brake and stabilise at lifting heights above 400 mm.

·         At the same time the low construction ensures a good stability, when in use, and gives the operator good visibility.

·         The handle is designed in accordance with ergonomically correct gripping angles and diameters, ensuring a relaxed grip.

·         When the goods are lifted to the required working height, the operator has an optimum working position and minimised strain on arms and back.

Roll Handling Equipment with Extendable reach attachment

The roll handling equipment with extendable reach attachment is designed for situations where space is restricted. The lifting attachment can extend or ‘concertina’ to access the load in the confined space.
The additional lifting frame stabiliser legs ensure full manoeuvrability as well as stability in the restricted area.
The stabiliser legs offset the load while loading and unloading the rolls of material.
The folding telescopic arm is designed for sideways loading in tight spaces.
The column has additional supports to assist with the sideways load and the legs have outriggers to maintain stability.
Ideally suited for clean room environments, the stainless steel ‘Compac’ range of roll, reel and drum handling equipment from Packline materials Handling, is suitable for use in the following industries:-
·         Food
·         Drinks and Beverages
·         Dairy
·         Pharmaceutical
·         Medical Processing
·         Chemical
The purpose-designed compact framework, positioning of handlebars and addition of an optional remote control device provide improved maneuverability and ease of use for the operator.
The incredibly small footprint makes the ‘Compac’ roll and drum handling equipment highly maneuverable and a natural choice for today’s narrow production lines and demanding lifting requirements.
