Pallet Dispensers from Packline Materials Handling

Pallet Dispensing Systems are fast becoming a key element for improving working conditions in a warehouse environment.

The risk of ergonomic problems with pallet handling are reduced to a minimum and accidents are eliminated.

Pallet lifetimes are increased largely as they are less likely to become damaged when stored in a dispenser.

The area within which pallets are stored is also reduced considerably as the pallets are stacked upwards as opposed to next to each other in smaller stacks of pallets.

Using a dispenser also makes the operation much more hygienic as there is no physical contact between the operator and the pallet.

The Electric Dispenser has the capacity to stack 15 pallets, or a total of 500kg, and it is capable of stacking and de-stacking one pallet at a time or the whole stack of pallets.

The Pneumatic Dispenser has the capacity to stack 15 to 25 pallets, or a total of 500kg to 1000kg, depending on the model. The pneumatic dispenser is capable of stacking and de-stacking one pallet at a time as well as the whole stack.

Guarding is supplied in order to support the pallets higher up once they have been stacked.

Bolts to fasten the dispenser to the floor are included for easy installation and an extended pallet for transportation.

Fully Motorised Lifting Attachment for Handling Reels of Foil or Film

This vertical spindle attachment was designed for a customer requirement to lift and rotate reels, as well as eject the reels from the lifting attachment, using fully motorised functions. No manual handling is necessary with this lifting solution.

Constructed from stainless steel, this reel handling solution is ideal for use on clean room environments, for example food processing and pharmaceutical industries.

Using a combination of three motors, the attachment is able to grip the core of the reels, rotate the reels and also eject from the lifting attachment with the use of a remote control and push buttons mounted onto the lifter.

The ejection system is suitable for unloading reels onto a machine mandrel which is positioned at height and difficult to reach by hand.

The motorised functions are fitted with a torque unit meaning there is a reduced chance of damaging the reel by over-tightening, and also decreases the possibility of damaging the attachment by operating the motor for too long.

Specifications:

Safe Working Load:  70kg

Reel Core Size: 76mm

Load Centre (from the column): 813mm

Max. Reel Length: 800mm

Min. Reel Length: 190mm

Max. Reel Diameter (at 800mm length): 460mm

Max. Reel Diameter (at 190mm length): 990mm
