Overhead Roll Lifting Attachment with Eye Bolt

Packline’s vertical spindle is a proven tested solution for handling rolls of material, and now it is possible using a crane or similar equipment.

The overhead vertical spindle with eye bolt has been designed using the same mechanism as the standard vertical spindle lifting attachment for rolls, but using a frame allows this attachment to be lifted using a crane or hoist.

The frame has been machined to ensure it is as light as possible, whilst maintaining the strength necessary to lift items.

Additional pads are bolted onto the vertical spindle fingers to enable rolls with large core sizes to be lifted. This solution is suitable for custom core sizes depending on requirements.

Specifications:

Safe Working Load (SWL): 100kg / 220.46lbs

Core Diameter: 109mm / 4.29 inches

Item Length: 150mm / 5.91 inches

Attachment Mass: 12kg / 26.46lbs

(Other sizes of core and length are available on request)

LogiQ Quarter Pallet Truck

The quarter pallet trucks, LogiQ 200 and LogiQ 300, are indispensable partners when transporting quarter pallets in, for example, supermarkets, storage and packing areas and petrol stations.

Quarter pallets are often used as display pallets, and the LogiQ 200 and LogiQ 300 are therefore perfect when transporting display pallets to the display area in a shop, for example.

LogiQ 200 and LogiQ 300 are very manoeuvrable and versatile, operating in various environments. The handles have ergonomically correct gripping angles, ensuring the operator a relaxed and comfortable hold.

The wheels ensure a comfortable and noiseless transport, as well as ideal for floor and flagstones used in customer display areas.

LogiQ 200:

·         Lifting and moving quarter pallets

·         The pallets are lifted from the floor with only one handle manoeuvre

LogiQ 300:

·         Lifting quarter pallets to/from a EUR pallet, and transporting the pallets

·         Hydraulic pump – Lifting the pallet from the floor only required a half pump stroke. Only 5 pump strokes are required to lift to the top.

Roll Lifting and Handling with the Twin Spindle and Tray Attachment

New to Packline Materials Handling is the versatile twin spindle with tray attachment, designed for lifting rolls of varying dimensions. This attachment is comprised of two spindles with a tray support on each.

This bespoke design is suitable for production lines in food and pharmaceutical industries where there are many types of processing lines with different sized rolls being used, depending on the product being run on that line.

Many production lines have a range of different size and weight rolls. This lifting equipment, and versatile bespoke attachment, is an ideal solution to resolve this lifting issue.

Often, access to the rolls within or on a processing machine is difficult as they can be situated in the middle of the production line. These access issues can be resolved using this roll handling equipment.

The larger rolls can be lifted using the two spindle attachment, provided the diameter is large enough. However, smaller diameter rolls can be lifted using the tray attachment itself.

The tray not only allows a wider range of rolls to be lifted, but also provides support to the spindle, enabling heavier rolls to be lifted.

Specifications;

Safe Working Load: 100kg (220.46lbs approx.)

Attachment Mass: 25kg approx. (55.12lbs approx.)

Load Centre: 662mm from the column

Maximum Roll Length: 900mm (35.43 inches approx.)

Maximum Roll Diameter: 800mm (31.5 inches approx.)

Materials used: Stainless Steel 303/304, Beadblast, Polyethylene
