Multi-Lift Hoist Lifting Equipment

The ‘Multi-Lift’ Vacuum Lifter, from Packline Materials Handling, is designed for simple applications and non-complex and rapid work cycles. It is used with mechanical lifting tools (hooks, pantograph, chunks, jaws, clamps, etc..).

The Multilift Lifter features reliable performance, ease of use, as well as being simple to install and maintain.  All this, together with its competitive price, makes the ‘Multilift’ a cost effective investment.

Different models are available for capacities up to 240 kg and for applications on different supports such as freestanding column, ceiling, overhead rails and jibs

The Multi Vacuum Lifter comprises an electrically driven hoist with a range of quickly interchangeable lifting heads.

The Packline Multi Lifter has a 360 degree rotation covering a large footprint of working area.

The lifting heads have a ‘solo grip’ control bar so the operator uses minimum effort to move heavy loads.

The machines can be specified in stainless steel for use in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Mobile Vacuum Lifters for Stone and Tile Flooring

The vacuum lifters for lifting and handling stone, paving or tile floorings are the latest materials handling product from Packline. Ideal for the construction and manufacturing industries, the weightless lifting solution is a quick and flexible handing solution. The vacuum lifters are mounted onto base plates in order to create a mobile solution, where the entire lifter can be moved by means of a forklift truck.

Where a mobile solution is required, a counterbalance weight can be used. The vacuum lifter is bolted down to the counterbalance weight rather than directly to the floor. This counterbalance weight allows for a forklift truck or heavy duty pallet truck to lift the entire lifting solution and move to another position or location.

·         Portable, mounted to counterweight (power supply required)

·         Standard: mild steel painted

·         Option: all stainless steel

The vacuum lifting heads have a 'fingertip' control bar so the operator uses minimum effort to move heavy loads.

Safety is of paramount importance, and in the event of a power failure the load is gently lowered to the ground before the suction head will release.

The suction lifting equipment can be specified in stainless steel for use in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

With a remotely installed power pack, the vacuum lifters can also be installed in hazardous areas.
