The motorised drum handling equipment was designed and manufactured from stainless steel 304. Stainless
steel was required to prevent corrosion due to chemical spills while in use.
This drum handling solution is suitable for clean room environments such as
food processing and pharmaceutical industries.
The clamp attachment was designed
to handle drums from pallet to floor, floor to scales and back to pallet. The straddle
legs on the lifter were specified to allow the drum to be lowered to the floor
unobstructed.
The clamp attachment was
also fitted with an IP65D Kit to the motor in order to allow it to be washed
down and also stop any dust ingress.
