Pallet Dispensing Systems are fast becoming a key element
for improving working conditions in a warehouse environment.
The risk of ergonomic problems with pallet handling are
reduced to a minimum and accidents are eliminated.
Pallet lifetimes are increased largely as they are less
likely to become damaged when stored in a dispenser.
The area within which pallets are stored is also reduced
considerably as the pallets are stacked upwards as opposed to next to each
other in smaller stacks of pallets.
Using a dispenser also makes the operation much more
hygienic as there is no physical contact between the operator and the pallet.
The Electric Dispenser has the capacity to stack 15 pallets,
or a total of 500kg, and it is capable of stacking and de-stacking one pallet
at a time or the whole stack of pallets.
The Pneumatic Dispenser has the capacity to stack 15 to 25
pallets, or a total of 500kg to 1000kg, depending on the model. The pneumatic
dispenser is capable of stacking and de-stacking one pallet at a time as well
as the whole stack.
Guarding is supplied in order to support the pallets higher
up once they have been stacked.
Bolts to fasten the dispenser to the floor are included for
easy installation and an extended pallet for transportation.
