Lifting Attachment for Handling Barrels and Kegs

The barrel and keg handling attachment, from Packline, has been designed to provide the safe and easy lifting and controlled movement of barrels or kegs.

This handling solution is designed to lift kegs of beer in the horizontal from the floor or a pallet up to and onto a storage frame.

This stainless-steel handling equipment, with electric lift, replaces an un-hygienic manual mechanism.

The barrel or keg is securely retained by a lug and cantilever arrangement which locates into the rim and supports the end of the barrel.  This feature provides a swift and easy docking that, in turn, provides safe, reliable transportation. This design allows kegs with a central tap hole to be lifted.

The lifter raises and lowers the barrel by powered drive and this is operated by simple up and down buttons which are located ergonomically on the machines handle bars.

This lifting equipment offers strength and durability with ease of operating and is suitable for the beverages and food industries, and other hygienic applications, as the solution is manufactured in stainless steel.
